Your appointments are very important to us, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Same-day cancellations (on the day of your appointment) will incur a 80% charge of the total service cost. • Deposits paid when booking an appointment are NON-REFUNDABLE but will go towards your total after the service is completed. If you need to reschedule your appointment, the paid deposit will still go towards your total. **Please note** If you cancel or reschedule more than twice in a row, you will be required to pay in full before booking future appointments and it will be NON-REFUNDABLE!
